Monk Episodes :- Mr. Monk and the Sleeping Suspect

Using mail-bombing method, a murderer fixes a date with death for a wealthy and affluent woman named Amanda Babbage. Amanda Babbage’s brother who is in coma is suspected to be behind this murder. His name becomes the target of investigations due to free flowing imagination powers of Detective Monk. The main reason behind coma of Amanda’s brother Brian was his car crashing into two other cars after he had tempted Stottlemeyer and Disher to chase him down. In spite of his reservations, Stottlemeyer has no option other than giving full support to Monk. Agent Grooms of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms feels that Amanda’s other brother Ricky might be the exact guilty party. Stottlemeyer continues investigations while keeping views of both Monk and Agent Grooms in mind. Monk faces many hassles in his pursuit to investigate this case. Firstly, Dr. Kroger decides to have a change by indulging himself in a long holiday. Afterwards, Sharona’s husband wants her to resign from duty and start afresh with him. The problems of Detective Monk multiply when he ends up impairing his sense of hearing after being exposed to a bomb blast. What follows next is that Monk struggles with depression and then committing a life threatening foolish act.
